This role is part of the iReady Apprenticeship Programme, so whether you're a fresh graduate or starting out in finance, you'll be trained, mentored, and given real responsibility from the very start.

Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions for real client businesses.
- Keep digital filing clean, consistent and audit-ready.
- Run bank reconciliations and catch discrepancies early.
- Support monthly account closing alongside senior bookkeepers.
- Work within SOPs and deadlines that keep our clients' books trustworthy.
Must Have
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A basic grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals.
- Comfortable with Excel and at least ONE accounting software.
- Sharp eye for detail - small errors matter in this job.
- Solid communication and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Zoho Books.
- Prior internship or exposure to client-facing bookkeeping.
- Curious about Odoo or ERP systems.
- Bilingualism (BM and English) is a plus point when working with clients.
